We were living in our home during the work, and while that was of course a disruptive experience, everyone went out of their way to respect our privacy, and keep us well informed ahead of time when they would be doing things that might be especially noisy or disruptive. And last but not least, as a few minor problems came up after the work was completed, they have been very quick to respond and address any issues.
