DHB did our full basement renovation, converting the space into a full mother-in-law suite. My experience working with Jason was by far the best experience I’ve had in working with a contractor. He is EXTREMELY patient, professional and knowledgeable. It was very easy working with him and I felt like he really understood the importance to us when we would change our mind on a decision pertaining to construction. He is a great communicator and PM. It was also evident by observation of his crew. They worked very diligently and professionally, showing up to work most mornings before I even got out of bed, which I really appreciated. So that when I returned home with my children in the early afternoons, the crew was finishing up their day and neither we nor construction crew had to feel like we were in the way of each other. Reno was taking place over Christmas and I expressed I didn’t want them in the house that week, it was not a problem at all. “Ryan and the Finishing Touch Paint (FTP) team were fantastic to work with and highly professional. Our house was in serious need of both a paint job, siding repair, and a front door refinish - photos and video below to show the before in purple/lilac and stunning after in dignity blue. Finishing Touch brought this house back to life. “I hired Alec with Team Kelley Construction to paint the exterior cement on my house, wrap new metal around my windows, and to reseal the windows. Alec went above and beyond, once removing the old material, he bent the new metal to show the beveled design from the old wooden window casements.
