We've been working with Dockham Builders for 2.5 years on a multi-phase renovation on our home in Rye, NH. During that time, ownership transferred to Keith Dockham and we have been very pleased with the outcome of our home. We had a great experience working with Dockham Builders. They are very professional from communications down to delivery. The deck they built went way above a beyond our expectations and we were totally impressed by their quality carpentry. We appreciated that they were able to fit us into their busy schedule and would not hesitate hiring them again.

We went with Dockham initially based on their solid reputation on the NH seacoast. Owner, Keith Dockham, does things the right way with integrity. Throughout both phases of our renovation, Keith was always accessible and always made things right when minor issues arose here and there that are to be expected with any large scale renovation or building project. Janelle was amazing in the planning and design choice phases with a great listening ear plus helpful recommendations.
