Easy to work with and easy to schedule appointments. Respectful and courteous. I have scheduled for chimney cleanings and a wood stove installation and I'm happy with all the work done.

We were out of town when A Sweep Above The Rest came to do our chimney cleaning, and they realized our heat wasn’t working (single digit weather). Not only did they do a very professional job with the sweep, but they went out of their way to help us in a pinch by coordinating an emergency plumber to get our heat fixed. It’s rare to find people who care that much and take extra time to help. Truly a sweep above the rest. Highly recommend. Thank you!

It’s hard to write an entertaining review when all goes exactly as you would wish. We needed to have the chimney of our newly purchased home inspected before we used it. We reached out to a number of chimney sweeps and Ian was the only one to respond within a reasonable time. Ian arrived promptly as scheduled. He did a thorough inspection and pointed out issues I had already expected. He had an estimate to me within a few days and scheduled the work as soon as I accepted the estimate. As far as I can tell, the new liner is installed as it should be and we can now use the stove with confidence. Ian was both personable and very professional.
