I reached out to raise concernCompared to 1Star review above Jess took photos, reached out to supplier who admitted they had produced a defective batch .. she arranged for them to replace every tile on their nickel including resetting the floor.Workmanship is first rate and i think customer service excellent.We recommend them to anyone.“
