Biron's Flooring ranks 5 stars for a number of reasons, starting with Carrie. Carrie is the public face of Biron's, being the person who listens to your needs, the person who orients you to what the store has, how different materials are structured, pros and cons. Carrie was only low pressure and. non-judgmental. Biron's has an impressive array of flooring options, and I ultimately felt well-informed when I made my decisions. Carrie's colleague Jim came to my home to do critical measurements and planning, and working with him , too, led to my feeling well-informed. Biron’s replaced nearly all the floors in our house. They installed new carpet in our basement, a tile floor in our kitchen/dining room and hardwood floors in the living room, hall and bedrooms. The process was smooth from picking out the products and setting the timeline to doing the three installations. All the staff were friendly and profession. It is clear the people installing the floors took great pride in their work. We will return to Biron’s when we redo the bathroom floors.
