Updated. I added a second star. The issue below was resolved but only after filing a complaint via the Better Business Bureau. It should not be this difficult to resolve an issue.I purchased 2 ULTA Beauty gift cards, $50 each, for a total of $100 12/2/2023 at the Newington NH (Sometimes listed as Portsmouth NH) store location. The receipt details are...Transaction #6034, Store #599, Date 12/2/23, Register #1, Time 11:06 AM (EST), Cashier Josselyn. The gift cards were Christmas gifts. One of those gift cards worked as intended, however the other only allowed the user to spend $25 out of the $50. My experience at the Salon at Ulta Beauty in Newington was amazing! I was fortunate enough to have Jess as my stylist. Jess gave me a full foil of blonde highlights and a deep conditioning treatment. I received so many compliments of my hair and recommend everyone to Jess. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointment in two weeks!
MacKenzie cut my hair today as a last minute appointment on my end. She did a fantastic job! Very personable and knowledgeable. She made sure to listen to what I wanted, and made me a very happy customer. I’ll definitely be back to see her!
