“I went to Ulta, hoping they would have a very similar product and hoping they could color match it to a discontinued lip gloss. I had one of the employees named Olivia, who is working at the makeup bar, helped me out beyond the standards of what I was hoping to find she not only looked around the whole store and didn’t give up until she found something that matched It as close as she could, I could barely notice a difference and the new product I have is even better it stays on my lips for even longer. She’s the nicest employee I’ve ever met and I’m hoping this message gets to her and that she knows how happy it made me 🥹finding a product that I love and that’s even better than my product. I already had even though I’m sad to see that the lipgloss I had was discontinued. I’m even more happy to find a new one that I love even more. Thank you Olivia at the Newington, New Hampshire. I will be coming back.”
