This is especially for those of you who are currently in such a state of depression that your hair has been neglected to the point where it is now matted and nearly impossible to untangle by yourself.
I had severely matted hair after going through a period of depression myself. I tried to untangle it on my own, but it proved to be a monumental task. After spending a few hours on it here and there, I barely made any headway, and that alone was causing me stress.
