Did I mention that James is an excellent coach, educator, and communicator? He patiently answered my endless questions and coached me through the anxieties I had about my recovery.

Recovering from the injuries I sustained is a slow process, especially when you’re 55 like me. But I’m well on my way, thanks to James. It’s been almost six months since my surgery, and I’m doing small hikes, riding a bike, and using a rowing machine. If you’re looking for a PT, I highly recommend AITC.
