We brought our very old dog here when he was in distress and suffering and the staff was top notch. They made the whole procedure so comfortable for him and for us and even followed up with a hand written sympathy card we received in the mail later. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are grateful.
Our dog Max was not in very good shape with severe GI issues. During our stay the staff kept checking in, updating us on when we would get to see the Dr. and were overall very compassionate when dealing with Max before and during his treatment.
Brought my dog in for an emergency visit tonight. The person on the phone when I called was helpful and when I arrived check in was quick The doctor that treated my dog (Dr. Cloulier) was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind to me and my family. I would highly recommend this office for veterinary emergencies.
