Many clients have praised the highly professional and empathetic treatment, noting significant improvements in their pets' health. The staff is dedicated and truly cares about animals, as seen when a vet quickly accommodated two rescued kittens needing immediate attention for worms and fleas. However, some clients have expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of care, such as thoroughness in examinations. Overall, Interlakes Animal Hospital is appreciated for its commitment to pet health and community support.
I love everything about Interlakes Animal Hospital, from the doctors and the vet techs, to the convenience and the accessibility of their services. They even have a phone system that allows for text communication to answer your questions pertaining to care, prescriptions, appointment, or advice. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and accessible.
My dog Charlie has been going here since I got him 5 years ago, all of the staff are absolutely amazing, from the doctors to the receptionists!! They make it so he loves going to the vet, they shower him with love and treats so no matter what he is there for he is still a happy camper! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, I would recommend to anyone who loves their pets and want to make sure they get the best care, look no further!
Friendly, knowledgeable caring
I have been going to interlakes for 20 plus years. I moved out of the area several years ago but still travel one hour plus to go there. They are the best.
