“I used them to take down 5 large pines, one medium maple, and a couple large ash. Also trim out maple and oak limbs too high for me to reach (30-40 feet). They saved and placed hardwood stems as requested, and left me a few yards of pine chips as requested. Five star service for a fair price in a timely manner. Highly recommended.”
“I called in the fall to schedule some work for the following spring because we were planning a family event for the summer. Unfortunately the person I had been talking to became sick and messages were missed. I was finally able to talk directly to Hayden who was very apologetic about the mixup. With time running out before family showed up, he and his crew got the work done in record time. I wanted natural plantings in a shady but prominent area in front of and along the side of the house, but the soil was just sand and rock left over from construction. And they delivered! On time! “The Stephen’s team did a complete redesign of my mountain house back yard area. Previously there was just a deck that was rarely used.
They removed the deck and re-graded the land to add a large stone patio with pathways and stairs for access, a fire boulder and an area for a recessed hot tub. Also pathway lighting throughout the area. The entire area was landscaped with a variety of plants and shrubs.
All of the Stephen’s teams were terrific to work with and did an amazing job every step of the way. The transformation is unbelievable and we are grateful to John Stephen’s and the Stephen’s teams for exceeding our expectations!”
