His communication, professionalism, efficiency and overall care for the job and us is beyond speakable. The house is an older home, so he was very thorough of inspecting the bathroom after demo. He made our bathroom be turned into a breathtaking moment at the end. He was reasonable on the price with some changes we did and gives you a fair accurate quote. “I called in the fall to schedule some work for the following spring because we were planning a family event for the summer. Unfortunately the person I had been talking to became sick and messages were missed. I was finally able to talk directly to Hayden who was very apologetic about the mixup. With time running out before family showed up, he and his crew got the work done in record time. I wanted natural plantings in a shady but prominent area in front of and along the side of the house, but the soil was just sand and rock left over from construction. And they delivered! On time! “Where do I Begin?
First snow storm of the season in the North East.
Last decade living in Germany with hardly any snow (Kaiserslautern).
A crying german shepherd, a rental, and icy snow conditions.

Yesterday, after the storm began, I called Spencer for plowing services, he was very kind, professional, and instantly put me in his schedule.

This am, I went out to shovel again with all the snow, but this time warm and wipe off the rental (omg, haven’t had to shovel or wipe off like this in forever! Love it!)

Well i get the wise idea to drive the car (to get snow off of roof), and pull the car up into driveway backwards so i can get out easier.
Well, whiny shepherd, icy, snowy, no treads, and can’t see, I slid off of my driveway.
I slid into such a deep side angle and almost into our stone wall. Where a tree I had cut down by the city the week earlier was laying (yah gotta love it, you can’t make this stuff up).

Spencer came by within minutes, plowed our huge driveway, sanding it, AND GOT THE CAR UNSTUCK! :))
