“I went to Toby’s on a Thursday afternoon in early August for a skin fade and beard trim. I called ahead expecting a wait but there was only one in front of me and he was wrapping up as I arrived. From what Toby tells me that’s not always the case but I was thankful I didn’t have to spend hours out of my day waiting and walked out of there looking good (within my genetic limits) and happy I found the shop. Toby has been cutting hair for quite some time and he didn’t waste anytime while still being pretty personable. The only thing I’d say is make sure you get in early or call to check the wait because he does everything he can to close at 4 - he was refreshingly blunt about the fact he finishes work as close to 4 as he can so if he already has a couple people waiting for a cut at 3:30, he will lock the door and won’t accept last minute walk-ins typically. Simple and clean shop, quick and friendly traditional barber service, and a solid haircut are all reasons to check it out!“
