Dan from Turbotek just saved my computer! After the last Windows update my computer acted weird and suddenly restarted taking me to a Bitlocker screen that needed my Recovery Key ID (which I did not have and was tremendously hard to find). Dan found it after a lot of digging! This helped avoid having to send my computer all the way from Bolivia to the US. I am beyond thankful!!!
