“I recently moved to the Manchester area and needed help with a computer that suddenly stopped booting. Before bringing it in, I tried troubleshooting it myself by removing some hardware connections, but unfortunately I ended up damaging my CPU cooler and bent approximately 20 pins in the CPU socket—something I quickly learned requires specialized tools and experience to repair.

I brought the computer to Vince at Ace Computer, and he got back to me very quickly with a diagnosis and clear explanation of the damage. Thankfully, Vince had repaired this type of issue before and was able to carefully restore the socket pins without needing to replace any components. He literally saved my motherboard and prevented what could have been a very expensive repair.

The turnaround time was fast, communication was excellent, and Vince kept me informed every step of the way. I also felt the price was very fair considering the precision and specialized labor involved.

To top it off, I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant, and Vince even offered to help carry my computer back to my car. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
