I needed to have the screen replaced and he was great in explaining the process and his follow up was also great. I use my computer quite a bit…he even called me after I dropped it off and said that I could come back and pick it up if that would help and then bring it back when the part came in as the part needed to be ordered. He didn’t have to do that…that spells great customer service. You will not be disappointed if you need computer repair. I will definitely be going back if the need arises.“
