If you are in need of computer repair, ACE Computer is the place to go. Vince is awesome…very personable and knows computers. I needed to have the screen replaced and he was great in explaining the process and his follow up was also great. I use my computer quite a bit…he even called me after I dropped it off and said that I could come back and pick it up if that would help and then bring it back when the part came in as the part needed to be ordered. He didn’t have to do that…that spells great customer service. You will not be disappointed if you need computer repair. I will definitely be going back if the need arises.
I recently moved to the Manchester area and needed help with a computer that suddenly stopped booting. Before bringing it in, I tried troubleshooting it myself by removing some hardware connections, but unfortunately I ended up damaging my CPU cooler and bent approximately 20 pins in the CPU socket—something I quickly learned requires specialized tools and experience to repair.
I brought the computer to Vince at Ace Computer, and he got back to me very quickly with a diagnosis and clear explanation of the damage. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. After my pc failed to boot, Vince got it back to work and even optimized it for best gaming experience. Vince is very knowledgeable and help me to understand some of the functions. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend.
