“Renovating the first floor of my home was a major decision and working with Oxland Builders made the experience so much easier than I had anticipated. After first meeting with Brad to discuss what I had in mind, I then had a meeting at my home with Kate and Christina, and we got to experience a minor earthquake together! And Christina's knowledge of what will look great, what won't work so well, was amazing. There were many meetings with both of these incredible women! Matt and Charlie are very talented and so nice to have around. And to make the job more challenging for them, I was still living in the home and working from home throughout the whole process. Lynn in the office always had a smile and warm greeting for me, and on one visit even came out to my car to give my puppy a biscuit! Dick was here a couple times to make deliveries. “I highly recommend Jonathan and Custom Glaze. They provide excellent quality, reliable, and timely service. Custom Glaze resurfaced our bathtub 10 years prior, and the finish remained in great condition. We opted for another resurfacing due to hard water causing a slight off-white tint and two small chips from a dropped heavy bottle.“

“I purchased my cabinets from dovetail cabinets in Portsmouth, NH. I interviewed several cabinet installers and was not impressed with their lack of knowledge. One contractor I did interview was George Trojan Junior who owns American Building And Design. George is a fantastic carpenter who I call a carpenter mechanic because his knowledge is extensive and technically on point with everything he does. My cabinets were installed perfectly no trim was needed on the bottom of the cabinets, everything was scribed to the floor. My home was built in the 1800’s and nothing was square and George made everything look perfect. George installed doors on my laundry room perfectly and did some tile work in my bathroom that was done impeccably well. I recommend George over any contractor I’ve ever dealt with. I did to tear out in my kitchen myself and the electrical work and George did the rest and it was fantastic. I can’t say enough about his work.“

“We needed a ceiling put in down in our basement. Everyone was wonderful to work with from their estimator, to the installer, to the woman in the office. The ceiling is amazing, and I can’t recommend them enough!“
