“Susan is a great Pilates instructor. Since starting weekly classes with her a few years ago, I have gotten dramatically stronger and more flexible. It is the perfect compliment to outdoor exercise and the rest of my workout routine. She is constantly changing the exercises to keep things interesting and challenge the class in a natural progression. Susan is also keenly focused on posture and form in the exercise and so helpful with her cueing to ensure we get the most out of the exercise.
