I have been filling in my brows for 16 years. Swimming, sweating and the rain always had me nervous my brows were running or off.I went to Charlene and am absolutely blown away by my brows. I went to Charlene to talk about permanent lip color. As I’ve gotten older my lips have become A symmetrical. I didn’t want to get lip fillers done because of the maintenance every few months.
