“This was a very positive experience. From the time I called to book the appointment to the finished product. At 64, I wonder why I waited so long. Charlene is lovely, professional, personable and really takes time out to hear what you envision your brows should look like. The left pics are me with no brows, then the bottom one is what I looked like when I pencilled them in and then the top and right pics shows me with my beautiful new brows on the first day it was done. I really appreciated how Cole carefully took the time to explain the differences in the treatments, what would work best for my skin and what could work in the future. This was my first lash extensions in the United States but I have been getting my lashes done about 10 years in Trinidad, with at least 5 different Lash Techs. I was very pleased...my lashes are gorgeous. Also, there was no irritation/ discomfort/burning and Irmina was a lot faster than all the other Techs and my lashes looked full and natural.
