We are new to this practice and it came highly recommended. We are very happy with the care all of our animals receive, however, very appreciative with the care they provided to our 4 year old Bengal cat, Tango, on 1/27/26. We encountered the need for an emergency visit, and I called at 8 am asking for assistance. Despite being double booked- they fit her in for an inpatient day stay. After completing a thorough exam and receiving treatment, she was home by 3 pm.
Bengals aren’t all that personable, but with slow and compassionate care, she was able to avoid additional sedation and complete the assessment needed.

I have a highly anxious rescue and after some bad experience at a previous vet, Dr. Kane and her staff have restored my faith in vets. I made sure to advocate for my dog’s special needs and boundaries and I have never had to repeat myself. They understood from day one. They do everything they can for him and I to make sure that his visits are as comfortable for him as possible. They are compassionate with aftercare from emergency visits and I always leave happy.

I have been to two other veterinary offices in the area and they both disappointed me with their lack of concern. Dr. Katie Velez, DVM has been very concerned about our dog Mari and my. She checked her thoroughly and had the tech call several times to check on Mari. Until she was better. It's so nice to go to a medical office of any kind and be treated so kindly. I have already referred someone who recently moved into the area.
