I took my son there today and I was not impressed. My son had nice long hair he wanted it shortened up. he even showed the guy a picture. The guy butchered his hair super short. My son was not happy at all and I couldn't believe how short the guy cut my sons hair. They were very friendly and polite but my son wants to shave it all off and let it grow back out because he was so disappointed in what the guy did to his hair.

The best of the best right here in Keene my hair comes out perfect every time plus they have a super welcoming environment and a ton of other cool merchandise. I’ll be coming here hopefully for the rest of my days !
