I am a FREQUENT customer at the Keene Ulta. The store is always clean, I’m ALWAYS greeted, and the customer service is amazing. There’s a girl named Madelyn who seems to always be working when I stop in, and she never fails to recognize me, and is so helpful. She’ll give me recommendations for foundation, perfume, etc, and is always spot on with knowing what products I should use. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I got my eyebrows done by a kind young lady, Bizdebah, and she was absolutely incredible. She is such a kind person and made me feel comfortable right away. It was my first time getting anything done to my brows and can I just say, it felt like I was at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! I was nervous about my eyebrow piercing but her confidence and abilities proved themselves! All around amazing experience, she is the reason I am going to be coming back!

In all my years of shopping between Ulta and Sephora (across the country), I’ve never had such a good experience. Miranda helped me find all the right products while always checking with me about what I envisioned, and what my price range was. I’ve been wearing all of my new products for a little over a week, and I have never felt so happy with my makeup. It’s the look I’ve been trying to achieve for so long. I’ve gotten compliments from all my friends and family. Every single product that Miranda found for me was exactly what I had hoped for, and I leave my house with so much extra confidence thanks to her guidance. Can’t wait to shop this store again.
