I believe Steven (I hope that was his name) not only reassured me the tears I was crying were okay, but put me at ease and saved the day!! I WILL be back! Stars have gone from 1 to 5.
I decided to try again. 2nd impression, I walked in and was pleasantly greeted. Questions answered, tried the red light bed, which I loved, signed up for a package.
I shared my previous experience, and I feel confidently in the way it was handled, not excused, but also respectful to the person who I had the negative experience. Overall, I was told it shouldn't have happened.
It was handled professionally, and correctly in my opinion of customer service.

Was so excited to purchase and test out a red therapy session before closing, at 8pm. I was cutting it close. I was asked to come back. It was 7:53pm. Red light is 5-10 min. I was refused a session.
I'm driving off the lot now, after writing this. Still not 8pm.
I will give another shot, but first impression 👎“

“Lisa is the best masseuse I have ever been to. She asks what pressure you prefer, and is gentle yet as thorough as you like. She has helped me through several body injuries.
She is also an amazing person. She has an awesome sense of humor, and the hardest words to hear is that shes done. Her room is calm and cozy and I highly recommend her to everyone.

“Could have been an excellent massage, but was interrupted by Cell Phone and her opening and shutting doors about six times. She told me she forgot a man was coming halfway through my massage stating that she could only give me an hour instead of two hours after I had called for it. She and the other girl were having quite a heated conversation between the two of them. As I said, have been amazing, however too many interruptions. She played the same music in a loop of 15 minutes. Pretty annoying, Also, she said 5% credit card added to the whole total because she didn’t like my tip. If she’s paying 5% on her credit card processing, she’s paying too much! Facility/spa is nice enough, clean and very easy to find. She was also lovely, however, frazzled from the interruptions.
If only I could have prevented her from thinking, it was OK to open and shut the door so many times!“
