“Raini Nails & Spa went above & beyond when we brought our sister, Rose, for a manicure & pedicure for her 75th birthday. None of us had been to this establishment before and as soon as we walked in, the owner made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was very relaxing and all the nail technicians were smiling. We soon found out that our sister, Rose’s technician was also named Rose. ? After my sister, Rose, received her pedicure, she was moved to the manicure station where the owner proceeded to bring her a cupcake with a candle in it and everyone sang Happy Birthday to her! The manicure and pedicure came out beautifully! My sister Rose felt incredibly special and it’s because Raini Nails & Spa made her feel that way. Thank you for the kindness you showed our sister and for making her birthday a happy one! ☺️“

I always make an appointment with any massage therapist I am considering for patient care. Jen is an easy referral and I have added her to my personal care team. She has excellent technique and good intuition. When booking, she is timely with communication making it easy to get her on your schedule.“

“The owner of this shop always does a wonderful job with my hair! Her daughter is excellent with nails, both hands and feet. Getting a pedicure here is the most relaxing experience! I had my hair cut and nails done for a special event later in the day. They made me look fabulous! I'm so grateful for them and that this is local. Darlene came from another day spa. She has everything here that they have, just smaller. It's intimate, clean, well run and I highly recommend them. They even have massage!“

“Absolutely love this place. Phenomenal value for a truly transformative massage. The facility is so clean and new, and overall there’s a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Definitely the only place I’d go in town, or even Leominster. I recommend bringing your own water and calling beforehand to make an appointment. Hopefully they have online booking in the future, but still, great service. So glad they’re here. I have been going monthly for five months or so.“
