I thought I was on my way to becoming disabled; I hurt all the time. I completed the 9 month program. This program gave me my life back and and the tools to continue to improve my health and well being. My numbers are all improving, I am reducing my need for medications, I do not have pain, I feel stronger and have more energy and my weight has reduced. I highly recommend.

This program gave me both the structure and resources needed to be successful. It allowed me to reshape my thinking and attitude toward food. The weekly coaching was informative and a wonderful resource for meal ideas and foods that could be helpful as you progress through the program. The staff said they were available and they were. They listen to your concerns and answer specific to your individual needs. I would highly recommend this program. Thank you Monadnock Natural Health!
