First timer yesterday and was booked with Lila. What a lovely experience and Lila is a lovely person. It was a quick, no-frills experience that included everything that was necessary and I got *exactly* what I asked for. Like someone else said Lila engages in just the right amount of conversation. I will be happily seeing her from now on!
I was trying Mia Capelli out after some consistent negative (and expensive!) experiences at a more flashy salon across town where I never ever got what I wanted and I felt like I was a guest on a talk show. I moved to the Keene area a little over a year ago and looking for a great salon. A friend highly recommended Mia Capelli. Best salon since I had my hair done on Newbury St in Boston!!!!! Everyone there is great ….. My hairdresser Terry Rocks and listens to what I’m asking for and absolutely delivers! Thanks everyone!!!! ?
