Rich is a phenomenal dance instructor for all levels of experience! I contacted Rich several months before my wedding because I was interested in some dance lessons with my dad for our Father-Daughter Dance. Rich was very responsive and gave me recommendations with the typical amount of dance lessons we should expect. When it came time for the first lesson, I traveled all the way from the Boston area to meet my dad. Working out at Keene Fusions studios is a lot of fun. Pam makes each class fresh and challenging, and she keeps a sharp eye on everyone's form. She's highly trained in TRX and other modalities, and regularly shares new tips and tweaks that make the workouts more effective. Pam and Richard make everyone feel welcome. I look forward to each workout!
