He used specific techniques to release tension, increase circulation, and allow me to continue in the healing process of letting go and returning as much as possible to a state of wellness, hopefully to have much less chronic pain.

Sarah was wonderful! She listened carefully to where I was experiencing discomfort and knew exactly which spots needed more attention to be worked out. I walked out of the session feeling so much better than when I walked in. Lovely therapist and environment to get a massage!
