After years of my daughter and I being clients, we will never be returning. My daughter came in looking for a ring of her hair to be dyed. She was there for over 3 hours, spent $300 with tip, was never shown the back of her hair, and when I took a picture for her to see it there was a section missing. I reached out to the owner who called my daughter a liar and said she was shown the back of her hair by multiple people, and that the only way the back would be fixed is if she paid for more product. I offered pictures to show the missing section and was told no because different lighting could make it look different. Heaven Hair Gallery Salon did the hair and make-up for my daughter’s wedding mid-July and they delivered! We had a large group – 10 attendants, the bride, and a mom – and the stylists got them all done exactly on time! Anjalee was professional and a good communicator during the booking, planning, and trial session. Her stylists were first and foremost extremely capable. But, they were also attentive to the needs and wants of all involved, calm, and friendly. The wedding day was a very hot and humid one. Therefore, all the attendants wanted time-consuming and detailed up-dos! Despite the heat and the busy dance floor, everyone’s hair looked great all night. The make-up was natural, polished, and unfussy. All were beautiful! Thank you, Anjalee and your team.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon on May 16th. My appointment for a partial balayage was an utter disaster. From the moment I arrived, the stylists lack of engagement and disinterest in her work were evident. She barely greeted me and didn't even bother looking at the reference photos I had filled out on the form provided by the salon prior to my appointment. My concerns about the backcombing technique she used, which was not only painful but also likely damaging to my hair were dismissed and ignored.
The color was applied incorrectly, creating the look of chunky highlights rather than the soft balayage requested. To make matters worse, she informed me that I hadn't booked a blow-dry service, leaving me to walk out with wet hair, unable to gauge the color. The option to book just a single blow dry is not available on their online booking page. This made it impossible to gauge the final result until I got home and dried it myself.
When I reached out to the salon to address these issues, I received a generic response that ignored most of my concerns. I offered a polite follow up asking for my concerns to be addressed. I was ignored. Their refusal to offer a refund or a satisfactory resolution shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.
I highly recommend avoiding this salon and find one that values professionalism and customer service.

Christina did my hair and she did amazing! I got curtain bangs with layers in the front and eyebrows waxed. She was very thoughtful with what she was doing and made sure that she told me her thought process before she did anything. Since it was my first time having bangs, she made sure to go longer before going shorter. My hair is so light now. I haven’t been able to put my hair up in a high pony in a while without it hurting. Now I can wear up for at least 4 hours. Overall, the experience was great. She was very friendly. Will definitely be going back!

Heaven is such a beautiful salon and I only see Christina for my highlights and cut. I went somewhere else to try and save money but that was a BIG mistake. I now know the difference to stay with a stylist who is experienced. I will only see Christina for all my hair needs. She's amazing, quick, and super sweet. I will never go anywhere else!
