    Bad guest services they only care about the $ and they don’t install pipes correctly !

    I have had heartline clean my pellet stove previously with no issues. This year my pellet stove was building up a large amount of creosote, because of all the chiseling of the burn pot on a weekly basis, I figured a new burn pot would be a great solution due to it not being pitted and the buildup would stop. Me and the owners son banged heads a little but in the end they agreed to replace the burn pot and service the pellet stove.

    The service technician we had was the same that cleaned the stove prior. He is super nice, and gave my wife a very descriptive assessment of what was going on with the pellet stove and how to deal with it. Great service representative.

    The owners son suggested it was an issue with the pellets we were using. Let me say he was absolutely correct and we switched pellets and the buildup stopped and the ash accumulation dropped.

    I strongly suggest using Heartline for all pellet stove needs and the staff know exactly what they are talking about.

    Rude and unprofessional service. This store takes price gouging to the next level. Not what we want in a local store. Very deceptive pricing. Prices intentionally not listed online. Selectively decide what your price will be. I said I can buy a chimney liner much cheaper than $690.00 at which point he said by and hung up. The truth stings apparently. I bought the same liner for $450 in Uxbridge.

    Absolutely amazing service! I called today because I was looking to schedule a service call for my stove that wasn't feeding any pellets. Their service schedule was out until after January, so instead, he stayed on the phone with me and helped me figure out the problem. Now it's working great again!

    Although I was unable to purchase and install my gas fireplace this year, George was very nice to work with on the phone and he recommended a great guy Jarrid to come and quote the installation. I was happy with both gentlemen, their pricing and their demeaners. I know it's not often you get a review for a customer that did not purchase your product, but that is how impressed I was with George and Jarrid. I WILL be calling you for a stove when my piggy bank is full and look forward to the ambiance that a gas fireplace gives off. I will definitely be back!

    Heart Line stove has been amazing to do business with, I went into the showroom with very minimal knowledge of pellet stoves and one of the salesman went over all the options, pros and cons of each stove- We ended up purchasing a new harman XXL and couldn’t be happier!!! 2 years later, we had a small problem with a blower and after just a couple days they worked with me to get it up and running! Amazing family owned and operated business!!!

    I recently had to purchase a new pellet stove due to my old one starting to fail. I was fortunate to to choose Heart Line Stove Shop in Jaffrey, NH as the first place that I stopped to begin my shopping. I met Juno, the representative from Heart Line that first greeted me at the door, and we began discussing my needs. She talked to me about a few of the stoves that they had and it became very quickly apparent that my needs were very specific due to the small footprint I had in my loft where the stove had to be. Juno suggested that the next step would be to have, Dave one of the other employees at Heart Line, to come out to my home and do a site survey to see what sort of stove my home could accommodate based on the safety and installation requirements I had to adhere to. I made an appointment and Dave came out and did the survey and it became quickly apparent that the only Harmon stove that would work with me would be from Allure line and that the model 50 would be the best fit. It also happened to be the stove that I really liked as it was very modern looking and had a nice window where we could watch the fire.

    I ordered the model 50 and the scheduled install date that was several weeks into the future. On that day I was pleased to meet Tony and Jeff, the installers who came from Heart Line. They were the best as they easily removed the old 400 pound clunker of a stove that I had got it down the stairs and out to the truck using this really remarkable cart that can actually climb stairs. They then brought out the new Allure 50 stove in and again brought it up the stairs. Both operations were done without any damage to my wood floors. Tony & Jeff were professional, polite, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job start to finish. They were able to utilize my existing exhaust vent piping to hook the stove up to the stack on the outside of my house. All in all the installation went very smoothly and just looks great. After that they fired it up and I was amazed at the new technology with an external sensor mounted on the wall that the stove was able to use to sense room temperature and automatically starts & stops the stove to keep a set temperature. A very detailed screen and menu system really showed off the capabilities of the stove. Tony & Jeff spent some time with me explaining the menuing system and how to use it as well as the basic requirements for cleaning , all of which are also available on the Heart Line website.

    I just want to say my entire involvement with Heart Line Stove Shop and their employees was simply the best as they made this expensive purchase one of easiest and stress free experiences that I have ever had. Now that I am using the stove I am even more amazed at how wonderful it is and how much of an improvement it has been over the old stoves of 10 to 14 ago. When needed this stove can really crank out the heat and heat not only heat my upstairs loft area, but actually, using a ceiling fan, I can push the air down into the lower level and heat that as well. The automatic features are impressive. There are so many other features of this Harmon stove that I won’t go into but make it the outstanding product that it is.
    To, Juno, Dave, Tony, & Jeff, thanks for recommending me an excellent product and thanks for providing me excellent service and making me one very happy customer. I can easily say that I can recommend Heart Line Stove Shop and Harmon stoves for anyone shopping new pellet stove.
