“Today was my first time going here, for a new patient appointment. I’m new to the area and was looking for a new eye doctor. I chose here based on exceptional reviews I read about, and I was not disappointed. I ended up being late to my appointment, and they were so kind and understanding. Dr. Chervenka was still very attentive to me and my checkup, and never made me feel rushed, but she still worked hard to he exactly on time for the patients after me. She was very thorough in her exams, and helped answer all of my questions and concerns. Both her and her staff treated me with utmost kindness, despite their busy schedules, and I felt they had a very personal approach to their care and how they treat their customers. I came here from MyEyeDr and you can really tell the difference with choosing a small private practice ☺️“

“Was not made aware that if they broke my original frames while putting in the new lenses, that I'd have to pay for new frames. Well the technician broke my frames and I had to pay for new frames, which I was trying to avoid. The blunder ended up costing me, I didn't feel like I should pay for new frames. That's poor business practice.“
