She was friendly, knowledgeable and provided exactly what I was hoping for. I received a full color (over grey, purple and copper), layers and a trim. I'm grateful that the studio is kid friendly because I ended up bringing my toddler due to a last minute sitter conflict. Things went smoothly and we were comfortable.
