Scheduling the appointment was easy and I'm very happy with the service provided all around. I went to Downtown Hair to have my multicolored, dead end, unmanageable hair cleaned up and brought back to life. I was greeted and had the pleasure of working with Cat. She was friendly, knowledgeable and provided exactly what I was hoping for. I received a full color (over grey, purple and copper), layers and a trim. I'm grateful that the studio is kid friendly because I ended up bringing my toddler due to a last minute sitter conflict. Things went smoothly and we were comfortable. I look forward to going back to Downtown Hair and would highly recommend to anyone.
