I called on route to the Ipswich shop and because nobody was at the shop at the time, I was asked if I wanted to meet up with the mobile van who was only a few miles from me. We met in a parking lot and the lock was rekeyed easily and quickly and I was back at home within minutes! Excellent service.

Yesterday I had broken my car key in the ignition. I had called a few places and Tri-State gave me the best quote. When I arrived, the employee was amazing, he was very nice and managed to get the broken piece out super quickly, in a matter of minutes! If you ever happen to break your key in the ignition, call Tri-State!

Highly Recomend Tristate. Friday afternoon I called to request services for my Anderson sliding door. My key would no longer work to lock or unlock this door. I took a photo of my issue to ensure they were able to help me and to assist in their diagnosing my issue. They were able to accommodate me on the next business day. A quick call ahead to let me know they were on route and they arrived as scheduled. My lock gears were replaced and now my lock is functioning as it should.
