Very attentive in the beginning. Came out and provided a quote for sanding, staining, and poly for floors. Texted the day before the job to say he’d arrive between 10AM and 11AM. It never happened. Made several calls and sent multiple texts and emails and no response. Never showed up and was not heard from again. We had already torn apart our entire home and moved furniture in order for the floors to be finished, so we were completely blindsided with unusable rooms for two weeks until we were able to find someone to complete our job.Honestly hope he is okay and not hurt or injured somewhere. If I could put zero stars I would. Horrible, horrible, horrible company. He took our money, left our house down to sub floor and NEVER installed the wood per our contract. He doesn't respond to emails/texts/phone calls. This guy calls himself a business man but he's nothing but a liar, scam artist and a con. I tell everyone I know not to hire. Worst company ever.
