I first came to the Athletic Performance Center (APC) on the recommendation of Kim, a fantastic physical therapist affiliated with Exeter Hospital. After helping me recover from surgery, Kim suggested I continue my progress with Matt and the APC team to rebuild strength and stay active.
That was over four years ago, and I’ve been training here ever since. The workouts are fun, challenging, and incredibly effective. Thanks to Matt and the team, I’ve been able to keep doing the activities I love—hiking, surfing, skiing—with confidence and energy.

10 years ago I went to Kim at PT. She introduced me to Matt at APC.
Its the best. Its fun and I have met friends there that make it even more enjoyable.
The routine changes every 8 sessions , about 4 weeks so you do something different all the time. It aint just raising a bar above your head or lift dumbells.
Resistants with bands, core work, balance ,strength,endurance.
I'm thrilled to be able to stay healthy and in shape.
