They went above and beyond to get to my property to stay on target for the installation date...including the owner coming out to plow extra after our huge snowstorm so that his guys could get to my driveway. Installers Mike and Dave were fantastic! We adjusted how I wanted the free floating entryway carpet while there for the final template and it is great. I'll post pics at a later date but trust me, it looks amazing...and most importantly, my 12 year old Yorkie doesn't cry and bark to be carried up the steps anymore!!! A huge win!!!“

Not only were they willing to do it, but they didn't charge us anything for storing it, and their price was more than fair. We just got the rug back today and it has never looked better, they did a fantastic job. This rug is a family heirloom that has been in the family for 45 years and is probably 100 years old; and it has seen a lot of use and abuse from children, dogs etc over the years.
