I was new to yoga and started taking classes at MBY a few months ago… I’ve had the pleasure of popping into most of the instructors classes and hands-down it’s 10 out of 10! The instructors and The people who go to Mountain Base yoga are the nicest most encouraging people you’ll ever meet. As a beginner, they were able to help modify my poses To work for me. I myself work in the wellness industry and ever since I started yoga I’ve seen such an improvement in my day to day work. I have more energy, I feel stronger, and more loose in so many places in my body. Overall, I feel more relaxed and calm and less anxious… They even hold workshops...read full review

Stephanie is an amazing instructor and the Mountain Base Yoga group has given me a little place to feel some community after moving to town during COVID and therefore not having the opportunity to meet many others. The classes support yogis of all abilities and the social get together are fantastic as well. I've been practicing for over 20 years and still have learned some new poses, and have been in class with those just starting out- modifications are suggested if needed.
Highly suggest trying out a class or 3 if you're on the fence!

Stephanie is really knowledgeable and focuses a lot on cueing you in to postures using anatomy. She has a great way about her and her studio is beautiful. I have had a wonderful time attending restorative classes and look forward to attending others with them!
