“This review is long overdue! We are extremely pleased with our entire experience at New Style. We decided to wait to review to share our experience from start to finishing up warranty work.

To start we heard about new style through word of mouth after almost choosing another company that our bank did not want to work with. We told the bank we wanted to work with new style, and they said they were one of the best if not the best modular companies to deal with!

I went in and spoke to Marc and told him what we wanted. Marc took time to speak to us without an appointment on a Saturday! We went through it all with marc getting everything finalized. Marc worked very well with us and the bank to nail down the final plan. I did General contract this project in which I took care of the groundwork and new style took care of the house and house utilities (electric hook up and heating). Marc was super pleasant, and we had absolutely no issues. House was ordered March 2024.

Late June/early July 2024 I received a phone call from Michael about scheduling set day. House was Set mid-July 2024. Michael was very pleasant and very easy to deal with. If I had any questions he always got back to me either that day or the next. Communication with all of these guys was spot on! All the sub-contractors were on time and worked extremely efficiently. For me being the GC, the subs were easy to deal with if any problems arise on my part. Overall, the finish process went fast and smooth. House was complete and certificate of occupancy was granted in October 2024.

Michael met us at the house and did a walk through to check over everything. Our town also required a blower door test that we were unaware of. We talked to Michael about it and he took care of that for us! He also told us to make a list of any repairs needed and they would come out and fix all of those items. We recently got ahold of Michael and he sent Darin out. Darin was very pleasant and professional. He fixed everything that Saturday morning. I was also very happy they were able to come out Saturday morning so it would not impact our work schedule.

I did want to say the quality of the house is definitely amazing. not one single crack developed in the drywall since we have lived in it. They definitely made the process easy and less stressful!

Overall, I would highly highly highly recommend this company. When our bank said they were the best....they definitely were not kidding. New Style will not disappoint they are the best hands down. I am recommending them to whoever is looking into modular homes. Great people and great service!“
