“We had OIC build a 1500 sf addition to our existing home on the lake of a master suite with bath, kitchen, and large family room with custom windows plus a 700 sf garage. It included a new septic, full basement, decks and whole home generator. We have the highest regard for Jesse and his team. Jesse is a straight shooter, very fair, and is very knowledgable. He designed our addition and incorporated all the details we envisioned, while making suggestions to keep us in the budget we needed. The project budget and timeline were reasonable. OIC staff aim for, and deliver, a high level of quality down to the smallest detail. The transition to the existing house is seamless and well done.
