I was looking to replace the porch on the house. Joanne and I were eating breakfast at a local restaurant and saw Bob's advertisement on the menu. Took his number and e-mail down and within a month the porch was removed and replaced. Awesome job to Brian and Nick! Great job on the stone work!
So, my wife and I get back home after going apple picking, and are having a nice afternoon when I heard this strange clicking noise coming from the furnace. And then, BOOM! Something lets go, there's the sound of rushing water, and the whole downstairs fills up with steam. It was so thick I couldn't even see a foot in front of me in the basement as my plumber, Darren Powers, talked me through on the phone how to shut the furnace down, and which valve to turn to get the water to stop. Man! What a mess.... Darren was such a help to me. Though he had been up since early that morning working a job when I reached him at around 7:00 pm, he came over as soon as he could around 9:00 pm and worked on stabilizing things until about 10:30 pm so nothing else would happen. Because it was Saturday, he wasn't able to come back until Monday after gathering all the parts and equipment needed to fix the furnace and burst pipe line. I've known Darren for years, and he's helped me on many occasions. Each time, he came as soon as he could, did great work, and cleaned up the resulting mess after. I've trusted him numerous times to come in to do his work even when I wasn't home. And he's always been more than fair with not only his prices, but also his time. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks, Darren. You're not only a great vendor, but I'm glad to have you as a friend.

We used Northeast Hoods for the first time today. They were able to arrive early, which is unheard of. The job that they did was impeccable!! Meticulous attention to detail and in the 11 years that we have been in business, it is the best hood cleaning that he have ever had.They cleaned up when finished and were completely professional.We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.

Hero in a Harness!??⬛ I don’t know what kind of magic this Brian has, but I’m convinced he’s part superhero, part cat whisperer, and 100% amazing. My cat, in true dramatic fashion, decided to climb to the absolute tippy top of a tree and then immediately forgot how to cat. Refused to come down. Gave us sass from 40 feet up. Classic. Despite my cat doing everything in his power to make the rescue as difficult as possible, Brian handled it with such care, skill, and humor that I almost forgot to panic! In the end, my cat was safely brought down, still smug, and completely unharmed — and I am forever grateful. If you’re ever in need of someone to tackle a tall tree, a stubborn feline, or both, this is the one you call. Seriously- I know this is not your typical work as an arborist, but THANK YOU! You saved my little girls cat and I have no words! ??❤️
The staff at chestnut hill chimney are wonderful. Dave always does a great job cleaning my pellet stove and always answers any questions I have. And Mark is able to walk me through any problems that I may have over the phone. Thank you to you all!
Best veterinary experience I have had. I have really liked a lot of vets I have gone to in the past, but by far this office is the best I have ever been to for my dogs. The Dr. is very kind, personable, and great with animals. He made my nervous dog feel as comfortable as possible and was patient with her. I also like how he presents various solutions to tackle a problem and lists their pros and cons. He isn’t the type to just try and get you to go the most expensive route when it isn’t necessary.
