“Scheduling is often confusing. I got 2 reminders about my last appointment, each with a different time. Foot soaks and pedicures with Susan are always great. However, treatments that were one hour long are now only 45 minutes but at the same price. So, I feel rushed and I feel like just a number whereas, when the business was growing, I felt like an individual who was appreciated and pampered. What once felt personal now feels impersonal. You are now a business, not a service. As a result, I will not come as frequently and my tip will reflect my level of satisfaction. ( I used to leave Susan a $20.00 tip for a $60.00 service. Now I will leave $12.00---20% vs 33%)I understand and respect your need to grow, but you are no longer the special, unique spa that you once were.“
