Scheduling is often confusing. I got 2 reminders about my last appointment, each with a different time. Foot soaks and pedicures with Susan are always great. However, treatments that were one hour long are now only 45 minutes but at the same price. So, I feel rushed and I feel like just a number whereas, when the business was growing, I felt like an individual who was appreciated and pampered. What once felt personal now feels impersonal. You are now a business, not a service. As a result, I will not come as frequently and my tip will reflect my level of satisfaction. ( I used to leave Susan a $20.00 tip for a $60.00 service. Now I will leave $12.00---20% vs 33%)I understand...read full review

I have been having pedicures there for some time now. The whole office is bright and cheerful and the staff is always so nice. Sam has been doing my pedicures. . She is professional, friendly and considerate. I have a damaged foot that she is very careful handling but at the same time gives me an amazing pedicure. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Barefoot Medical Spa is the ultimate in foot care. No facility can compare. Dr. Julie Shaheen is what one would hope for in a doctor and even better. The quality of care radiates from the head down. Everyone who works there knows what being professional means.Very simply put, nobody other than Barefoot is allowed to touch mine and my wife's feet. By the way, you can eat off the floors !C.T.
