I have been going to About Face for over 8 years now, so of course I am happy to give them 5 stars and a great review. I have had several treatments and procedures done with Ericka, who is also the owner. Ericka is beyond knowledgeable in all areas of skin care and anti-aging. She is incredibly THOROUGH and will always give me her honest opinion on what I need and most importantly, what I don't. I do not see myself ever allowing anyone else besides Ericka and her staff to touch my face or my lips. I came to see Delaney at About Face after some unpleasant experiences with Botox. Delaney took her time and even asked the opinion of a colleague, before treating the area of concern. And,I can't believe the results!What a professional and friendly office! From the time you walk in and are greeted by staff,you feel like you are with friends.I still can't get over the results of my treatment. Most of all,Delaney was extremely upfront and honest with me about things that I SHOULDN'T do,which believe me is not the norm.I can't wait for my next appointment!Service: BOTOX treatments

I loved going into about face today. The staff is well put together, everyone there is very nice. The spa is modern, and clean. You know that you are going to have a great experience by time you leave. Thank you, to Shannon who prepped me, she was on time, efficient and very helpful. and to Jill who did my facial treatment. She explained the treatments throughly and directed me in the direction that best suits my skins needs. Im already looking forward to my next treatment. I'm excited to build a skin care relationship with Jill as time goes on... my new favorite place.
