“I had an appointment with Bell today for a cut and Eyebrow tinting. From the moment I walked through the door until I left, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Customer service is exceptional. I have gone through a lot with my health and wanted to feel better about myself. I did not like my hair so started with this. I didn’t know how to communicate, what I was looking for. A few words about how I don’t like my look and briefly stated I wanted a different look but I am not sure what to do. Bell listened, offered to playback what she was hearing from me with her ideas and I agreed. I felt she knew me for a long time and knew exactly what I was looking for. She had no idea how important this was to me at that moment. It was the absolute best cut I have ever had. It’s hard to find the perfect look in your 70’s but she nailed it. A nice hairdo at certain times in life is more important than most can imagine. Thank you Bell for your amazing talents and thank you to Lucas for the business you have established.”
