I can tell her that I want to improve my stability in a certain area or that I’m experiencing tightness in part of my body, and she’ll create a plan to help me improve. Jill provides great cues to help me understand proper form, and answers any questions I have (and I have a lot of questions).Jill is always researching exercises and stretches that I might like, and I look forward to trying new things each week. If I come in wanting to work on a certain area, she readjusts on the fly.I leave each of our sessions feeling amazing, and my performance has greatly improved thanks to her training. Thank you Jill!

E&E is an amazing family run company. We have used them since we bought our house and their work as always been stellar. The guys that come out are very nice and super knowledgeable. We have a very old system and today we had a back-up. We called and before noon they had a team at our house. They worked through the rain and the two gentleman we wonderful, Peter especially! We could not recommend them more highly!
We were in need of a complete 2nd bathroom in our condo. After receiving several bids, we decided to give HIC a try. Jon came out to give us an estimate...we were impressed from day 1. The optician was wonderful and fully explained his procedures. He prescribed a perfect prescription. The office was so patient helping me pick out the best frame for the shape of my face. My readers came in a week and my daily eyeglasses came in at exactly 2 weeks, as I was told. They woman fit them to my face perfectly. she was so cordial and professional as well as her staff. I had a wonderful experience and will be loyal to J & C Optical!

Took my son for his very first haircut with Bell, and she was amazing! So patient, gentle, and made him feel comfortable from the start. Bell worked her magic even with all the wiggles, and the haircut turned out absolutely adorable. She made it such a fun and memorable experience for all of us. Highly recommend her for any little one’s first cut!
