Our house is temporarily extra crowded and we were experiencing a cascade of household issues like a broken dryer, broken toilet etc. when I say the return of the bed bugs was the last straw I am being deadly serious. The Debug crew was more than just professional about the bug issue, but they were also amazingly kind and patient. They repeatedly walked us through our options as we had trouble focusing. The service techs went above and beyond as our problems kept mounting throughout the process. Basically, they were firm but gentle, were able to answer all my questions and never once exhibited any frustration with us or our situation. I can’t say I want to hire them again, obviously, but I can recommend their services with absolute confidence that you won’t be disappointed.”
