I attended this urgent care facility being self pay and expressed this to them that I would like to be informed with the cost of my treatment . I recieved a covid strep test & flu test. They sent me a bill for over 1,500. Although the staff seemed professional pleasant and thorough which I appreciated I couldn't believe those tests cost that much. Rochester urgent care is alot more budget friendly for self pay patients.
This team is exceptional! I’ve had to go twice now, was seen by a doctor and PA both great. The med tech, who also was the x-ray tech, receptionist and nurse were so caring and helpful. I left with a game plan to get better both time. Top notch care.
They are great here and always on top of what’s going on with whatever brings us in. Won’t go anywhere else for express care.
